Thank you for visiting and shopping at Poppsee. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Orders are generally processed and delivered within 7 to 10 business days within the contiguous U.S. We do not ship orders on weekends and most holidays.

In the event that we experience a high volume of orders (such as during holiday periods), shipments may be slightly delayed. We endeavor to keep you updated on the status of your order and you may track your order through your account settings. Please allow the additional time for your delivery.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Charges for standard shipping of your order within the contiguous U.S. are included with your purchase. Additional shipping charges will be applied for delivery outside of the contiguous U.S., and you may be able to elect to pay for 3 day delivery (from the time your purchase is ready to ship), the cost of which will be calculated and will be displayed with the estimated delivery time, at checkout. Shipping charges depend on a number of factors, including destination, method of shipping, size, weight, and overall order dimensions. Product and shipping prices are subject to change. Quotes are only valid for the browser session during which they are generated. Prices displayed during previous sessions may not be the same and will not be honored. For shipping outside of the U.S. please email us atcustomerservice@poppsee.com for a customized quote for your account.

Once you’ve created an account you will be able to place items you may want to purchase into your cart to calculate shipping costs for expedited shipping, time and to see the overall price for the order, including taxes, if any. Customs duties for internationally bound packages are not displayed and additional fees may apply to packages delivered. For more information on import taxes, please contact your local customs office.

Shipment Locations

Poppsee’s printing partners are located in multiple locations and ship to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. or A.P.O. boxes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours of shipment and may be tracked through the shipper.

Poppsee may work with a number of shipping partners including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. For this reason, tracking may not always be available.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Poppsee is not responsible for any foreign tariffs, customs, duties, taxes, or fees that may be applied to your order by any governmental agency. Any and all such fees imposed during or after shipment are the exclusive responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Poppsee is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. But we will do everything we can to make it right.

Please take photos of damage to outside of box if your order was damaged in transit. Email images to us at customerservice@poppsee.com.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship to locations outside the U.S. and its territories (but we hope to soon).
