Hi, i am Lisa Manzi. Back in 2000, it was my love of art, design, color and texture that led me to start my own interior design company. I wanted to do things differently. I didn't want to just shop for my clients, I wanted to bring them into the process and help them understand the beautiful world of design. My goal was to work together with my clients to help them find their own style and bring that flair into their everyday living.
During my years as an interior designer, I noticed that there was a real lack of customization in artwork and decor products. After continually searching for companies that would customize, I ended up frustrated. I would ask them, "can I changes a few things?" The answer was always "no". I kept saying....there has to be a way. This should be easy....why is there nobody that offers real design customization in decor? So I decided, if they can't do it, then I will!
In 2017 I started on the path to bring Poppsee to life. Lots of missteps, time delays, budget crunching, late night "am I crazy?" conversations with my husband...and Boba tea. Lots of it. This has all led to a website that I am proud of. It is better than what I imagined in the beginning and will only get better with our users' ideas (yep...that's you). I love to work as a team because collaboration leads to great ideas. Now that we are officially launched, I look forward to hearing from you and letting us know what we have done right, what we can improve on and what you would like to see us add in the future.
