Due to new e-commerce tax laws for 2020, Poppsee must collect sales tax on most, but not all, items sold and remit those taxes back to the government from states where we are required to by law.

Colors may vary slightly between t-shirts due to the different brands that we use.  One brands heather gray may be different from another brands heather gray.  So, if you are ordering multiple t-shirts for a group, we would suggest you stick with one brand to ensure the best outcome.  But, even within the same brand there may be slight variations between sizes or dye lots.  Dye lots are when a batch of fabric is dyed (colored), so fabric that was dyed 2 months ago may be ever so slightly different than the batch dyed last week.  99% of the time the dye lots are perfect, but if you get something that is not, just let us know.

We print our products mostly in RGB format but some are CMYK.  If the image that you upload is different, the color can vary slightly.  You can also calibrate your computer screen colors to make sure they are true.  We always strive for the best printing experience.  If there is any issue contact us at customerservice@poppsee.com 

Make sure your artwork is different enough from the garment color to avoid issues. For example, printing Blue on a blue shirt or red on a red shirt, etc.. will result in that color being very hard to see or not printing at all.

Yes, you can upload your own images to Poppsee for use in your designs.

That depends on a few things. You must be the owner of the image you upload, the image must be a public domain image OR you have permission by the image owner to print the image. There is more about this in our Terms & Conditions.

Yes, you can use the photos from your phone. While photos may look great on your phone, once you upload and begin to enlarge them, the resolution can start to become grainy. Once you begin to edit your photos Poppsee will let you know if the image resolution is too low.

You can upload your images in PNG, JPEG and SVG. The higher the resolution, the better the final image will be.

No, you do not. Poppsee retains the copyright of all our original images and our artists retain the copyright for their work, even if you change the colors. You will not be able to create or edit designs on Poppsee and sell them elsewhere.
